We retained Jon Brickman (Jonny B) to help us kickstart our H1 sales effort – create structure and process, help with messaging, implement the sales stack of tools – all so we could be in a better position to scale. We didn’t really understand the value of all the sales infrastructure, tools, and methods that Jon set up until our sales team started to grow and we all started to use everything that was already set up for us.
