If you work harder and smarter than the guy next to you then you stand a very good chance of being more successful.  That’s a beautiful thing because we can all control our effort while there are so many other things that are not in our control.

Some examples of what works:

  • Make more calls than your competition
  • Call on and spend time with qualified prospects, ignore the rest
  • Do the little things that differentiate yourself from your peers and competitors
  • Have a game plan with goals, so you know where you are going
  • Get to really know your clients and build meaningful relationships

Most of business is not rocket science and my experience tells me that the real stars just work harder and work smarter at the things that move the needle.
