Yes, things change quickly and what was once a solid opportunity in the forecast could easily become “opportunity lost” in your crm. There is good reason to Always Be Closing because if you aren’t, something may change and then poof…say goodbye to your deal.
That’s the way it goes and I am sorry to report that we were on the short end of the stick this week, with a sure thing, when suddenly there was a change at the top and the incoming exec wanted their supplier. There is still a chance we may pull this out but certainly not at the terms we expected.
Keep moving people…because one thing is for sure, the world keeps changing around you.

I don’t get, that some people don’t get the “Always be Closing” attitude. it boggles my mind. When they close, they make money. When they sit and wait for others to help them close, they lose.
Baffles me.
amen. Real point here is the speed of closing before something unexpected pops up and kills the deal.
A……always, B……be, C…..closing……Always be closing. First prize is a cadillac, second prize……u guessed it……steak knifes……third prize…….hit the bricks pal…….your fired……remember……… coffee is for closers.
