I forgot to mention this on my reading list, but this is a real good one
Management is the key to building a great and lasting company.
Throughout the story, Lencioni reveals the five dysfunctions which go to the very heart of why teams even the best ones-often struggle. He outlines a powerful model and actionable steps that can be used to overcome these common hurdles and build a cohesive, effective team. Just as with his other books, Lencioni has written a compelling fable with a powerful yet deceptively simple message for all those who strive to be exceptional team leaders.
Let me know what you think.

Read this one this week. Interesting, very easy to follow and actually held my interest thru the end.
Wondering… What was it specifically that you liked about this one enough to add it to your list? And have you ever used the model with your own “teams”? How did it make a difference?
Just curious.

Thanks, I liked the candid and practical nature of the book and the fact that it revealed the core issues with many companies. I have used this model with teams and try and practice what I preach. I once handed this book to someone…wonder if they ever read it? Hmmm
