They say all work and no play makes a very dull day…
So, I am reading this book “The Happiness Project” and it’s interesting on many levels but points out clearly the benefits of play, doing things you love, having fun…and the impact on productivity. Makes sense but I have to admit that my nature is to push off fun and work more. How about you?
I think I’ll go to the gym tomorrow and catch a workout, because I love to sweat – the kind of sweat that is fun.
What do you think of this theory?

I think that based on the time stamp of this post, it would be in your best interest to adopt this theory immediately.
“Work” out? How about palm trees, crystal clear water, sunshine and frosty drinks with little umbrellas on top. I recommend you call your travel agent immediately!

There you have it! Vacation…. on a tropical beach… with plenty of fiction. In the pursuit of becoming a better business person, of course.
can’t say if it’s helped me but i do prefer to read about seal team 6 kicking down doors (and asses) that another me too corporate strategy book:)
