I am amazed at how poorly most are and it’s pretty simple if you have systems, policies, and the right culture to execute on this always, and I mean always…The impression is big for a modest investment.

Think of the message you send when you respond immediately

  1. You are interested

  2. You are organized

  3. You will take good care of me as a customer

  4. You have good systems

  5. You are ready to do business, now!

The converse is true if you don’t respond quickly.  So how will you handle the next request?
