There is no replacement for in person interaction to
1. Build a relationship
2. Learn more about your prospect
3. Uncover intelligence by virtue of being together in the same space
4. Make an emotional and lasting connection
5. Close business
I was attending an event a couple of weeks ago and I was able to experience the above firsthand.
Prior to meeting at the event, there were many emails but no real progress. Suddenly, post meeting, my emails are being answered and I am making real progress…all of these things could have been accomplished remotely, I guess, but there is magic when people connect in person.
It’s more expensive, but the return is magical.
