You don’t have to be the smartest guy in the room to be the best salesperson if you just stick to the basics and repeat them every day.   Mastering and repeating the little things that have big impact on relationships will win more business than a fancy presentation.

There are a lot of things we can’t control so work hard at being the best at things you can control and it will have a big impact.  I can’t tell you how many times a prospect or a client has been blown away when they send in a request and they get a call in 10 seconds.  It’s not hard, you just have to create systems to execute…methodically.  There are several of these little things we can control – most won’t do them – so do them and you will stand out.

It really is true, it’s the little things in life that count the most!  My baby sitter used to tell me the best things come in small packages!
