Here is a direct quote from a prospect after we gave them our best and final offer:

That didn’t take long. I think they’re close. We may be able to inch them down a bit but clearly they want a two year contract.  Should I let them sweat till Monday and then tell them we need a lower price? Also, when do you think we can talk to your friend?

It’s a game folks.  Whoever plays the game best, wins.  If you stick to your parameters you will be fine.  Remember, you have established a price for your service based on value for good reason.

It’s the end of the month/quarter so get ready for gamesmanship.
