The problem is…our clients aren’t back yet!

We finished August better than July but less than expected.  The market is still sluggish so we have to dig more!  Again, I think it comes down to closing skills and just lots of activity. Get your lunch pail and go to work everyday and the results will happen.  There is no magic, just hard work and persistence.

We had an interesting transaction with a prospect that wanted the world and continued to change the deal every turn.  You should know by now my stance, politely refuse and stand strong or you lose.  It works.  Buyers are attracted to confidence because it makes them feel better about their decision.

Let’s get back to work all.  It’s a new month and it’s the last month of Q3.
