Last week I discovered a couple of accounts that slipped through the cracks and this underlined the need to focus on the basics.  If you want to grow a business you have to make sure you keep clients.  If you don’t it’s a treadmill and you will be chasing your tail.

Business is not magic, it’s process and consistent execution.
