If you want to build a business, you have to keep your clients.

Just like your sales force, build an account management organization around your most precious assets – your clients.  I am amazed at how little time is spent focused on taking care of clients when they pay the bills!

We work so hard showing clients the value we offer so we need to expend just as much energy making sure clients realize the expected value.  If you can do this, you have clients for life and watch your business soar!  If you don’t…it’s a slippery slope.

Call a client tomorrow and ask them how you can help them.  That’s the first step towards building a meaningful and lasting relationship.
