Moral of the story – pick up the phone because as much as we rely on technology to make humans more efficient, sometimes technology fails and we have to rely on “old-fashioned” communication to make the sale. Sales 2.0…

Regardless of method of communication, wisdom still dictates that verbal follow-up is still a great way to make sure they saw what you sent (in addition to keeping your name in their center of awareness).
Guessing that was an important lesson learned & hope it came through for you anyway.
