…when the phone’s gonna ring and you have a deal. That’s the fun part of sales. One minute you’re wondering where the next deal is coming from and the next minute you’re back in business.
Received an email from a former client tonight wanting to turn the service back on because they realized we made them more productive…very nice. Not that we want our clients to suffer, but again…sometimes you have to lose a couple to prove the value.
Relationships – whether they are a client, a prospect, or an ex-client..,take the long view and always maintain the relationship because that never changes regardless of the “account status”.
Now…this particular person is not a Steelers fan so we didn’t go there….
