Another example of Physics in action

Had a client today want to restructure a contract because of financial difficulties.  What do you do in this case?

My belief is to help because that will come back in spades.  Think of it as an investment if you have to and I think there is always an ROI when you can provide some relief.  You have to use judgement of course but if it’s justified, do it I say.

For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction.
