Buyers are like dogs.  I remember when I was a kid and used to walk by a neighbor’s house where there resided an oversized German Shepherd.  Every time our eyes met, he could sense my panic and sure enough start the chase….

What happens when the buyer asks for something and you give it with no hesitation?  The chase begins…until you stop and dig your heels in and square off.  That’s when the power shifts back your way.

We had one heading in the wrong direction this week until we stared down the “dog” and you know the end of this story….
