I am always surprised when I ask someone if they watch this show. I am not a big tv watcher but this is my favorite series of all. It’s based on Texas High School Football but it’s so much more.
Coach Taylor is a great leader and anyone in a management role can learn a lot from him. Yeah, it’s just football, but I think business and sports are so much alike. The best team wins and it’s all about execution. Coach Taylor makes his vision and expectations very clear and gets the best out of every player with artful motivation. Sounds like a well run business, doesn’t it?
The season is over so will have to wait ’til next year for some more inspiration.
