I think the world is governed by the basic laws of Physics and the law I think we all should live by the most is Sir Issac‘s 3rd Law of motion.
For every action, there is an equal but opposite reaction.
Business is really very simple if you keep this law in mind. You have to give first if you want to get…But how can you give what is correct unless you understand what the other person needs first?
If you take the time to listen carefully you will understand what you need to give and you will usually be pleased with the “reaction”.
