How come prospects show interest, ask for your best price,….and then disappear?  Then you spend days, weeks, months chasing them down for an explanation because it seems like they did a 180 and forgot to tell you something….Sound familiar?

All I can say is there are lots of moving parts and things can turn on a dime so stay with it and work smart.  I always live by the motto – it’s still alive until they say no.  But…as the visual suggests, you will often feel like someone slammed on the brakes, but that’s the game so have fun with it.

With these thoughts in mind, one more day of shopping this month so keep pushing.
