Sorry, business doesn’t work that way!
The only way to sell your service and really grow your business is to market and sell your product with a consistent and repeatable process, period.
I am still surprised at the number of businesses, with great products, that don’t have great sales and marketing operations.
I have said it before and I will say it again – technology, a great web site, SEO, SEM…will never replace great sales and marketing. If you are a sales professional, you have a valuable skill and the world is your oyster if you learn the profession. And, it’s very rewarding for both sides because if you have a great solution you will solve a business problem and you will be rewarded handsomely for your efforts.
Process – everything is a process and the better the process, the better the results.
