I am always surprised when the deals that were ready to close at the end of the month, but didn’t for all the various reasons…., don’t come in on the first day of the next month.  That’s logical, right?  It doesn’t seem to work like that and invariably it’s another full month, two months, or maybe never for those deals to close.

Maybe the old-fashioned auto industry approach has some merits – Remember how they used to try their best to keep you in the showroom and make a sale?  Because the chances were very high if you left the showroom, you wouldn’t be back.  Right?

All we have is today so do your best to make a deal now, because when “they leave the showroom” who knows what will happen.
