I once said silence doesn’t mean you lost the deal, but sometimes it does.  Today, we finally got the news on a client that went with another service.  It took lots of emails, lots of calls, lots of persistence just to get an answer…People will avoid giving bad news like the plague.

Oh well, sometimes you have to lose a couple to learn and to substantiate the value of your service.  We think the decision was made for the wrong reasons but who are we to judge? We can only learn and keep moving forward, which is the advice I gave my salesperson.

Tomorrow is a new day as the saying goes and who knows what tomorrow will bring but I can assure you that we will go after it with passion!

Keep working and building relationships and great things will follow, guaranteed.
