I certainly agree that asking the “right” questions will lead your buyer down the path you want and gently force them to think about the issues around your solution.  I know it’s easy to fall into the generic trap of asking routine questions so take the time and create a list of questions you need to ask that will draw out your buyer.  It will be worth the investment in time.
