The little things count a lot

I called my brother today to wish him a happy birthday.  That reminded me again how important it is in business to build relationships wth your clients so you can do “little things” like this that cost nothing but mean a ton.  How many of us take the time to do this? 

Make this part of your process so you can do this easily.  You have a CRM, use it!  It will pay off handsomely on many levels and, I can guarantee you, most of your competitors won’t ever do these “little things”.
