Boy, is this true when it comes to business, sports, any team effort. Teams need leadership and a shared vision or there are problems. Boy, it’s easy to get lazy and forget this core principle of team behavior but great teams are all on the same page, know exactly where they are going, and believe deeply in what they are doing.
Reinforce this at every opportunity and you will build a great culture and team;otherwise, you are left to chance. We all need a leader so everyone remains focused on the prize and not left wondering.
