…there is no substitute for a face to face meeting to reel the fish in the boat.
Sure, technology is great and sales 2.0 is clever and….all that jazz but when it comes to building a relationship, getting to really know who you are selling to, understanding the opportunity…there is nothing better than a plain old sales call in the flesh. Thank God technology hasn’t taken that basic human skill away.
We had a few sales calls today and they were fabulous! We are all focused on ROI these days but I can guarantee you there is a huge ROI associated with a qualified, in person visit.
Don’t forget the basics in this high-tech, impersonal world we have created and you will stand out.

Almost everything is life is so much better in person.
Live sports at the arena or replay on TV. Live music at the concert hall or mp3 recording. Words on a monitor or voice on the phone (although Skype is a decent alternative when necessary).
“Live” makes it much easier to truly engage and really enjoy!
